i have this error message!!
and i cant import anything.. i think that csv is wrong but i cant find a solution..
thx..

I know it's a few years later, but did you ever solve this issue? I'm having the same problem with this CSV import.

Figured it out. When I copied and pasted the original code, the quotation mark format was different. What I replaced the quotation marks, everything worked great.
